Equipment Store Officer (ESO)

Issuance and Return of Non-controlled Equipment: Perform issuance and return of non-controlled equipment to duty personnel. Maintain inventory and movement records via system. Maintenance: Timely charging and replacement of equipment powered by batteries. Upkeep of t-loan items such as rain coat, safety vests, etc Report damaged items to the Logistics OIC for timely replacement. Accountability: Ensure inventory and movement records are accurate at all times. Be accountable for all daily equipment store operations, including issuing and returning non-controlled equipment and/or cash equivalents. Stock check at the start/end of each shift. Issuance of Taxi E-vouchers: Validate authorization slips signed by the Authorizing Officer and countercheck with the specimen signature. Exception Reporting: Report any exceptions detected during daily operations, such as failure to return equipment within the stipulated time frame or inventory discrepancies.
