Check Packaging Planner

Liaise with relevant stakeholders on queries relating to the aircraft maintenance work package. Create revisions for the aircraft maintenance check package. Prepare and distribute the Works Program for the aircraft maintenance check. Prepare and distribute the Daily Shortage Sheet. Raise Purchase Requests for Purchase On Behalf. Prepare and distribute the Planned Transit Listing for in-house and out-house repair, exchange, or overhaul. Set up input meetings, either virtual or physical, and invite customer representatives. Ensure adherence to planning milestones. Liaise with Standards and/or Check Planner on details of the aircraft maintenance work package. Prepare and distribute the Bill of Material required for the aircraft maintenance check. Prepare and distribute the Bill of Tool required for the aircraft maintenance check. Prepare task cards and attachments, including trade and area stamping, required for the aircraft maintenance check. Upload SAP orders for the aircraft maintenance check. Perform other duties as assigned by the MPS (3P Check Packaging).
