Ensure pre-loaded spares are in order prior to the start of an aircraft check. Perform all SAP-related functions in the operations room, including ordering of spares, aircraft configuration updates, and job card processing. Perform paperwork audits for aircraft checks. Arrange support from workshops or contractors for on-site aircraft jobs. Follow up on SECTARs and withdrawal of job cards after check completion. Monitor and coordinate the timely arrival of all spares to meet the flowchart target. Coordinate with Operations Superintendent, customer, and workshop on the movement of spares, component loans or exchanges, and proper certification or documentation for all components received. Play an active role in providing assistance to Bay MP and MPEX for all work requirements. Ensure all completed check packages are dispatched to Technical Records within KPI. Attend all necessary and required meetings with customers and various divisions. Carry out any other duties as assigned.
