Sourcing Specialist, APAC

Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, supplier selection, purchase order creation, and contract negotiation Act as the go to primary interface between suppliers and commodity managers of production plants. Analyze procurement potentials to drive cost-saving and efficiency initiatives. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to expand the existing supplier network. Manage the “request for quotes” (RFQ) process to ensure competitive pricing. Create detailed price comparisons and benchmarks Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring alignment with company standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, fostering continuous improvement. Negotiate delivery terms and conditions to achieve optimal agreements. Ensure compliance with all procurement-related local regulations and standards. Conduct supplier audits to verify adherence to specified regulations and quality standards. Perform quality checks to maintain high standards in goods and services. Address and resolve supplier-related complaints effectively and promptly.
