Assistant Service Manager

Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house team members. Ensure fast, friendly, and consistent customer service. Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism. Assist with shift planning, team scheduling, and floor coverage. Monitor cleanliness, organization, and safety of the dining area. Ensure compliance with health and food safety standards. Help manage inventory of service items. Any admin supports when needed. Support the Service Manager in supervising daily service operations.
