We`re looking for a brilliant AI Agent Engineer to join our pioneering team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our mission to revolutionize data center operations through artificial intelligence. You will design and build intelligent agents that think, learn, and act. These agents will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), digital twins, and real-time data to automate complex decisions, optimize energy consumption, and create self-operating infrastructure Architect & Build: Design, develop, and deploy autonomous agentic systems and LLM-powered co-pilots for critical data center applications. Innovate: Spearhead research and building of novel agent architectures, including tool-use, planning, and multi-agent collaboration for simulation-based optimization. Integrate: Seamlessly connect your AI agents with our sophisticated digital twins, real-time telemetry pipelines, and domain-specific simulation models. Collaborate: Work in a tight-knit, cross-functional team of data scientists, system engineers, and data center domain experts to build groundbreaking solutions. Test & Refine: Rigorously evaluate and benchmark agent performance in both simulated and real-world environments to ensure robustness and efficiency. Lead & Learn: Stay at the forefront of AI research in LLMs, reinforcement learning, and agentic systems, sharing your findings through publications and internal knowledge-sharing.
