Accountant (6 Months Contract)

This is an 6-month contract position, serving as maternity cover. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will play an important role in the financial accounting and financial reporting process. You will work in a regional, driven and innovative team to contribute to the production of new, clean energy sources that are ultimately helping to improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions. Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger. Oversee the closing and preparation of the monthly management accounts. Review financial reports by the respective in-country finance team. Supervise the regional finance team for all tax, audit, corporate secretary, and compliance matters. Provide support for all improvements relating to the company`s policies and procedures Provide support in projects to integrate and set up new entities as well as system upgrades Please note that for this specific position, we are handling recruitment in-house and will not be working with headhunters.
